It is very important on todays labour market to increase the level of the necessary competences and qualifications. On the one hand, the focus of the development is on supporting skills and competences as a base of life-long learning in both the public and higher education, on the other hand the possibility of popularization and spread of horizontal learning. Another priority aspect is to support and integrate those from disadvantaged background in order to get them to participate in learning programs and market integration of workforce.
Another objective is to further strengthen the non-profit sector, to support the establisment of social cooperatives and self-entrepreneurship, and to make companies more competitive or to inspire their adaptation to technological development. The improvement of workingenvironment and adaption of innovative solutions at workplaces are also a part of HR-development.
Besides the above mentioned, health promotion, prevention, social security system and the development of health care services involve a health conscious incentive behaviour: the improvement of the human resources and servicesof the social security and health system thorugh the infrastructure. These sectoral developments aim to improve human resources and infrastructurein their complexity to better serving the society. Our company has generated and prepared projects of this regard worth of approximately 10 billion HUF followed project implementation and helped finding partner relationships.
